Tanya Brubaker Kiefer, Ph.D.
Principal
Dr. Tanya Kiefer is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with more than 10 years of research and human resources consulting experience. Previously, Tanya worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) as the global process lead for performance management, partnering with senior HR Leaders and a global team to develop strategy and ensure successful execution. During her time at BMS, Tanya also led the company’s employee survey, workforce analytics, and research consulting initiatives for many parts of the business. In addition, she facilitated new leader integration sessions to help successfully on-board new executives to the organization. She delivered experienced based interviewer training to sales and research leaders to train managers in the selection of employees. Tanya also provided feedback to leaders on Hogan assessments to provide critical insights on their own development needs.
Prior to BMS, Tanya worked in major companies including TIAA-CREF, Arthur Andersen and Personnel Decisions International (PDI). In these organizations, she applied her expertise in employee and customer satisfaction research, performance management, leader assessments, validation research, and organizational development.
Tanya received her Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Lafayette College. She is a member of the Metropolitan New York Association for Applied Psychology and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
